Willow Lake Day Camp Celebrates 30th Anniversary in 2010
 During the summer of 2010, Willow Lake Day Camp will celebrate its 30th season as a premier children’s day camp in north Jersey.
Willow Lake first opened in 1980 under the direction of Beatrice Weissman Daspin. Aunt Bea, as her campers affectionately called her, was an energetic, gregarious woman, passionate about delivering an enriching summer of fun, excitement and growth to her campers. Under her direction the camp grew from 60 campers to 800 as she built pools, athletic fields, theaters, art studios, etc. to accommodate the growing number of campers enjoying their summers at Willow Lake.
Each summer at Willow Lake is extraordinary for campers and this summer will be particularly amazing as Willow Lake prepares to celebrate 30 wonderful years with special events including a huge 30th birthday party and camp reunion.
