Parent Communication

We care for your campers and partner with parents. From daily photos to personal check-ins, we make sure you’re always in the loop.
Your Personal Connection to Camp
At Willow Lake, campers are known, celebrated, and supported by a dedicated Unit Leader. Our Unit Leaders are teachers and parents themselves – professionals who understand child development and the nuances of the camp day. They serve as your personal liaison, supervising your child’s unit and ensuring every need is met.
Your Unit Leader will reach out via email and video conference before the first day to introduce themselves and get to know your family.
They are on the grounds all day, monitoring group dynamics and individual progress.
While our Unit Leaders are outside focusing on the campers during the day (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), they return all calls and messages once the camp day is over. Whether it's a question about a new friend or an update on a swim lesson, your Unit Leader is your direct line to each camp day.

The "Ask Me About" Tradition
Look for the "Ask Me About" stickers on your Little Willow camper’s shirt! These are designed to jumpstart the dinner-table conversation, giving you the perfect "in" to hear about their newest discovery or achievement.
