With an intentionally low camper-to-staff ratio, your child receives constant, positive interaction from mature counselors who are trained to spot growth moments. Whether it's conquering the climbing wall or navigating a new friendship, we are there to guide, support, and high-five.

There is nothing more powerful than being celebrated by your peers. We create intentional spaces – from morning assemblies to group circles – where campers acknowledge the successes of their friends. When a Willow Laker sees their groupmate's generosity or benevolence recognized in front of the entire community, it sets a standard for who they want to become.
