Step behind the lens and bring the energy, spirit, and unforgettable stories of Willow Lake Day Camp to life as our Camp Videographer. In this dynamic role, you will film daily adventures across our 35-acre facility, capturing everything from high-flying zipline moments to lakefront tubing and spirited camp-wide events. You will produce engaging weekly highlight videos, social media reels, and promotional pieces that celebrate camper achievements and showcase our vibrant community to camp families. Working alongside our leadership team, you will sharpen your storytelling, video editing, and project management skills in an inspiring outdoor environment. - Film dynamic, high-quality video footage across all camp areas including athletics, arts, outdoor adventure, waterfront, and special events.- Edit and produce 3-4 minute weekly recap videos that capture camper milestones, camp traditions, and the joy of daily camp life.- Create short-form (60 sec) video content and reels for social media channels and family communication platforms.- Manage, organize, and archive daily digital video assets securely throughout the summer season.- Collaborate with camp directors to highlight major events.- Engage positively with campers ages 3 through 15, creating an encouraging, comfortable environment in front of the camera.

- Experience filming and editing digital video projects, short films, social content, or creative reels.- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.- Prior experience working with or around children in recreational, camp, school, or community settings is a plus.- Proven ability to manage multiple editing deadlines and turn raw footage into polished recap videos efficiently.

- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for dynamic framing, natural lighting, and pacing.- Enthusiastic, warm, and approachable personality that puts children and staff at ease.- Excellent time-management and self-direction skills to navigate a busy 35-acre camp schedule independently.- Reliable team player with a positive attitude, proactive communication style, and high attention to detail.- Commitment to maintaining camper safety, privacy, and camp media guidelines at all times.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.- Current enrollment in or completion of a college (rising juniors in college or older) degree program in Film, Digital Media, Communications, Video Production, Journalism, or a related creative field preferred.

- Ability to walk and move across 35 shaded, hilly outdoor acres carrying camera gear throughout the camp day.- Ability to work outdoors in typical summer weather conditions, including sunny and warm days.- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, stand, and move quickly to capture action shots at pools, sports fields, and adventure courses.
